Home decor - we do NOT accept returns on home decor items for a “change of mind” status. If an item arrives damaged please refer to our FAQ page. If there are any questions regarding items, please reach out via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will evaluate on a case by case basis.
Macrame - we accept returns on "in stock" and "ready to ship" macrame items for STORE CREDIT only. You have 10 days after arrival for items that show no signs of damage, must also be from a smoke free environment and have not been sprayed with any fragrances, with tags still attached. If you wish to return please email us at email@example.com with your order number.
We will issue you a return label to ship the item(s) back to us. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit. Once we receive your return you will receive an email with a coupon code for your store credit. Make sure to save this email with your code. Please note original shipping is not reimbursed.
Custom Macrame - All custom macrame items are non-refundable and can not be returned or exchanged once it is shipped. If there is a damage or an issue with your product, please reach out via email at firstname.lastname@example.org Also please provide pictures of your damaged item and your order number and we will do our best to accommodate.
Paintings - we do NOT accept returns of any kind for paintings.
With all returns please allow 7-10 days for the funds to return to your bank account as the refund has been issued.
At this time we can not offer exchanges due to the limited amount of stock in our home decor category and due to them selling out.
All orders will ship with a tracking number which is emailed to you once your label is created. If you did not receive a tracking email, please check that your email is entered correctly on the order and reach out via email to email@example.com
We typically ship through USPS and UPS.
Please note that incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.
We are not responsible for any lost items.

We do our best to get orders out as quickly as we can, but please note that delays are possible. We typically ship out orders in batches 2-3 times a week.
If you have multiple orders during our shipping period will will do our best to ship them together and refund any overages.
Shipping costs are not determined by Ruth Artistry & Decor. We can not change or alter a shipping rate, as they are calculated in real time based upon package size and weight. Any excessive shipping overages will be refunded.
Local pickup: If you would like to pickup your order in the Fox Cities WI, use coupon code LOCALPICKUP at checkout. We will send you an email or Insta DM with pickup instructions when your order is ready. THIS CODE IS FOR LOCAL PICK UP ONLY. WE WILL NOT SHIP YOUR ORDER IF YOU USE THIS CODE.
